We started our home search back in February with a different company and a different realtor and things didn't work out. We've been working with Joanne since 2018, trying to downsize from our 2-story, 4 bedroom home to a smaller ranch or condo. She's always been there for us when a potential property came along, and would arrange a showing in very short order. I don't know how many showings, but it's a lot. In early November, 2019, we finally found the perfect condo about a mile from our house, but Joanne informed us it had an offer within hours of going on the market. She got us a showing the next day, and guided us through the process of making a strong offer that would be accepted without paying too much. Closing on the condo was in January, 2020, and our relationship with Joanne continued as we began planning to sell our dream home that we had built 34 years ago. Joanne gave us a lot of advice on selling strategies, and we decided to list in early March, to take advantage of the spring market, as well as give us a chance to declutter in order to move from a 4 bedroom colonial house into a 2 bedroom condo. With Joanne's insight, we agreed on a price and went to market on March 4. Within hours, we had 2 showings the same evening, and 2 more scheduled for the next day. One offer the next morning, and another on the way. Because of a tight deadline on the first offer, Joanne quickly called a meeting, and led the negotiations, working with a second buyer's broker to get that offer in before the deadline. A third offer, unfortunately could not beat the deadline. Now the bidding war begins, and Joanne guides us in making our final decision. An offer above asking price is accepted by noon, the day after the house went on the market-20 hours to sell it. THANK YOU JOANNE!! We're so pleased to have worked with you these past 2 years, and really appreciate your patience and expertise when it came to making the big change to downsize as we've gotten older.

This winter my fiancee and I decided to start looking at buying our first house. Joanne was recommended to us by a friend who insisted we had to use her. We had originally listed with a discount commission realtor and we go what we paid for, no advertising, no feedback, very few showings and worst of all, no offers. Joanne communicated well and often. There was hardly a weekend when the house wasn't shown, and she was honest with us about our expectations for the property. Granted we had to lower our price but the house sold in six months in a difficult market. We are completely satisfied with her performance as our realtor.
